Chair of Trustees
Ian is Managing Director of Trustees Unlimited, a B Corp specialising in governance, and Joint Managing Director of Russam - the UK's longest established interim management company and an executive search business.
He is a co-founder of Step on Board, the senior level volunteer engagement programme working with companies such as Barclays, Google, EY and Deloitte. Ian is a founding Director of the Olympic legacy charity, Cyclopark, and is a former board member of the global campaigning organisation Avaaz.
Prior to his commercial career, he was Chief Executive of a charity which specialises in the fields of homelessness, addiction, mentoring and international development. He holds a Masters degree in Voluntary Sector Management from Bayes Business School, the Certificate in Charity in Law and Governance from The Governance Institute, and a postgraduate certificate in Coaching from the University of London.
