Liat Hughes Joshi is a journalist and broadcaster who specialises in parenting and family life. She is the author of five parenting books, published in the UK and internationally. Three of her books contain a good deal on what to do if your child is being bullied or if they are bullying someone else.

Liat puts her own theories in practice as a mother and lives in London with her teenage son and handsome but unruly dog. An outdoors kind of family, they particularly enjoy running and hiking together.
